Pelagic Gymwear® operates exclusively through pre-order drops.
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet produced. Each product is manufactured specifically for your order and includes unique numbering or other personalised elements, making it a customised item.
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise indicated. Your payment method may be securely stored by our payment provider to process the order once production begins.
Because each pre-order item is custom-made for you:
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed
Production begins exclusively for your item
You cannot change your order details after confirmation
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU & Article 6:230p BW), personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
➡️ This means that pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

While we are not obligated to accept cancellations or returns, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a goodwill solution, such as:
A store credit for a future drop
A case-dependent replacement
Another reasonable resolution
This is voluntary and not a legal entitlement.
This policy does not affect your rights if your item:
Arrives damaged
Has a production error
Is not the item you ordered
In those cases, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
