Refund policy

Because this is a limited, made-to-order pre-sale, all items are produced specifically for each customer.
For that reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will repair or replace the item where possible.
If replacement is not available, you will receive a store credit to use on the next drop.

Please note:
– All items are individually numbered and made specifically for you.
– Pre-sale orders begin production after the pre-sale closes.
– Store credit for defective items will be issued via email and can be applied to future releases.
